We completely understand where you are coming from on this one and have built a solution to this pesky problem directly into the Accountable application.
There is a Handy Link you can use
There are a few ways to accomplish this same goal, but I am going to show you the easiest one!
All you need to do is remember this URL - https://app.accountablehq.com/billing - and the directions on-screen will guide you. I will also explain below what happens when you go there with some screenshots.
When you go to the Billing Link
You will first encounter the Billing Portal button in blue towards the upper-right. Please click that button to access the Billing Portal.
Below is the follow-up screen that is seen when hitting the Billing Portal button. You will notice you have been taken to a Stripe page in our Portal which will allow you to update any information regarding payment that you need.
