Accountable's Shareable Link feature revolutionizes the employee onboarding process, offering a seamless and efficient way to add new users to your organization's compliance management system. How the Shareable Link Feature Works

The Shareable Link feature simplifies user addition by:

  1. Bypassing traditional user verification steps

  2. Directing new users straight to a credential creation page

  3. Allowing for quick and easy distribution through internal communication channels


Navigating to the Shareable Link

  1. On the left-hand side menu, please click the option for 'People'

  2. Once on the People page, look to your upper-right for a blue button labeled Invite Team Member

  3. When you click this button a white window appears

  4. At the bottom-left corner of this window, opposite the invite button, is the 'Shareable Link' button. Click the Shareable Link button to copy the URL to your clipboard.

  5. Send that URL to your employee by pasting it into a message you send to them over Slack.
