To send a training reminder inside of Accountable, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to the People section located in the menu found to your left-hand side.
2. Select Users: Use the checkboxes above the user names to select the individuals who require a training reminder.
3. Send Reminder: After selecting the users, locate the blue bell icon next to the various training names (e.g., HIPAA, Security). Click the blue bell next to the specific training for which you want to send a reminder. This will allow you to send a notification to the selected users, prompting them to complete the chosen training.
